Manufacturer updates may occasionally cause discrepancies in part numbers and prices that are not reflected in the online catalogs. In such cases, customers will be notified via email or phone before any charges will occur.
Our customer support team verifies every order for order accuracy and fitment before shipping. As the consumer, your responsibility is to provide your VIN with your order to ensure proper vehicle fitment.
The only time we request you do NOT include your VIN is if you are placing an order for parts that you know do not belong to your VIN, and you already know the part numbers you need (i.e. changing to trailer tow mirrors or adding back-up cameras). Including your VIN in such cases may actually cause a delay in processing.
Full manufacturer parts warranty applies to all new parts. Should your part prove faulty within the manufacturer prescribed warranty period please get in contact with us to arrange replacement. Parts & goods offered on this webshop are to be installed exclusively by trained technicians at a licensed specialist workshop and not by the end user. Claims under fitment by an unauthorised/unlicensed mechanic, or damage to any part due to incorrect fitment is not covered under warranty.
All disputes arising in connection with the execution of these terms and conditions must be resolved through negotiations. In the absence of an agreement, the dispute shall be resolved in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
If the Buyer believes that their rights have been violated, they can send a complaint to email@example.com. Complaints will be considered within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint by sending a response to the contact address provided in the complaint.

We offer the following payment methods: Credit Card, Wire transfer, PayPal, Alipay. Simply select the optimal payment method for you. After placing the Order and receiving payment, we will definitely send a notification about the assignment of a new status to your Order - "Payment received" - to your specified email. Also you can review your order and download your invoice from the "Order history" section of your customer account by clicking "My account" on our shop. After receiving payment, your order will be accepted by us for processing. We will try to send your goods as quickly as possible.
We ship with DPD, DHL, EMS, Latvia Post - From Latvia (Riga).
Shipping costs are calculated for each order. The shipping costs include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary, depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to combine several items into one order. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs are calculated separately for each order. Your package will be shipped at your risk, but fragile goods will be handled with particular care.
The shipping time within the EU is approx. 2-5 business days (+ order processing time: 2-5 business days). Shipping time outside the EU is approx. 4-20 business days (+ order processing time: 2-5 days).
Customs clearance, customs fees and taxes
For outside Europe or non-EU countries additional country-specific import duties and possibly customs clearance charges and customs clearance fees may be charged. The amount of the fees depends on the country of delivery. Please ask your local customs office for these charges. These charges are payable by you. In the tariff forms for packages to countries outside the EU, the value of the items in the delivery is listed by product type. We reserve the right to provide such information to the customs office for the purpose of simplifying the procedure for our customers or by law. The customs can open packages for control, we have no influence.
You have the right to cancel the Order, return the product and request a refund at any time, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Order. If you want to cancel the Order, send a corresponding request to our e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or through the feedback form.
If the request to cancel the Order comes to us before the actual transfer of the Order to the courier service, the refund is made in full (including the cost of delivery), since the delivery service was not provided. Refunds are made no later than 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation request.
If your Order has already been sent to the courier service, then it is impossible to stop delivery. In this case, the cancellation of the Order and a refund can only occur after you receive the Order and return the goods back to us. In this case, the refund of the delivery cost cannot be made, since the service was provided. You can only count on getting a refund for the value of the item. To return an item(s) use "Create Return" feature. You can find it on Order Details page in your Account (My Account -> My Orders -> Order Details - > Return). Please clearly state the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange, We are only able to exchange items for the same product.

Personalised Items are non-returnable. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
If a full refund is required, we need to be informed fourteen (14) days after the receipt of the order. The order must be then returned to us within fourteen (14) days after we have been informed of the cancellation, however you will be responsible for the cost of returns the goods to us. If a return is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order back to us.
The returned goods do not need to be in their original packaging however they need to be in a sellable condition. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
